Confused of which supplements to buy?

This is a simple guide for beginners who are confused about what supplements do they really need for working out:

1.    Whey Protein
Whey protein is the most common protein used by bodybuilders due its beneficial to gain lean muscle mass.
Usage: try taking it around your training times and first thing in the morning.

2.   Casein
Its Protein but in a different form as it is slow to digest take up to six to seven hours to fully digest it.
Usage: when you know you may not eat for a while or right before bed.

3.    Creatine
Gives more muscular endurance and subsequently strength and muscle mass gains.
Usage: 1 Scope pre and post workout should do the job.

4.    Multi Vitamins and Fish oil
Very important to maintain a healthy body, and fish oil contains omega-3 that boosts Men testosterone levels which helps in gaining muscle.
Usage: Multivitamins after breakfast, Fish oil 1 serving with break fast and one serving with lunch.
